The Newton & Henry Federal Budget Breakfast was held on Wednesday May 10, 2023 at Josef Chromy Vineyards with over 100 representatives from Launceston’s business community eager to discover more about the Federal Budget when Tasmanians are grappling with rising interest rates, stubbornly high inflation, and the increasing cost of living.
Guest speakers included Bridget Archer MP – Federal Member for Bass, and Warren Hogan - Chief Economic Advisor to Judo Bank. Michael Hine - Partner at Newton & Henry and Beth Makaryn - Manager at Newton & Henry, provided analysis of key budget initiatives and taxation implications.
