Federal Budget Breakfast 2022

 

The Newton & Henry Federal Budget Breakfast was held at Peppers Silo Hotel on Wednesday 26 October with over 80 representatives from Launceston’s business community eager to discover more about Labor’s first budget in 12 years.

Guest speakers including Brian Mitchell MP – Federal Member for Lyons, and Warren Hogan - Chief Economic Advisor to Judo Bank provided perspective and insight on a budget that has been pitched as a “responsible budget that is right for the times and readies Australia for the future".

Michael Hine - Partner at Newton & Henry and Beth Makaryn - Manager at Newton & Henry provided further analysis of key budget initiatives and taxation implications.
